報告題目:A High-Accuracy Numerical Method for a Class of Nonlinear Time-fractional Wave Equations with Distributed Delay and Its Efficient Implementation
報告摘要:In this talk, we present an effective numerical method for solving a class of nonlinear time-fractional wave equations with distributed delay. Such equations arise in various physical phenomena. To tackle challenges related to temporal smoothness requirements, the original problem is first reformulated using a model based on fractional Riemann-Liouville integrals. A finite difference scheme is developed, achieving second-order accuracy in time and fourth-order accuracy in space. The convergence and stability of the scheme are rigorously analyzed using the discrete energy method. Also, a computationally efficient strategy is proposed. Numerical examples demonstrate the high accuracy and computational efficiency of the proposed methods.

報告人簡介:冉茂華,四川師範大學數學科學學院教授,博士生導師,中國數學會計算數學分會第十屆委員會理事,中國系統仿真學會仿真算法專業委員會委員,美國數學評論員。主要從事微分方程數值算法方面的研究工作。主持完成國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目和四川省科技廳應用基礎研究項目各一項,主持在研四川省自然科學基金面上項目一項。累計以第一作者或通訊作者在國内外計算數學相關刊物上發表SCI收錄論文20餘篇。
